About INSA

INSA and it’s team

INSA contributes to an improvement of the functioning of our society by improving communications and understanding between people. Through the training of communication skills using the INSA Method this understanding is being translated into effective and efficient interactions with others. INSA is the first in the world to – in cooperation with the University of Amsterdam – research highly frequent facial micromovements and their relationship to personality and interaction behavior. INSA has developed a method and instruments to adapt the insights gained from research to the daily practice of interactions between people. Observing objectively and postponing judgments is essential to recognize and understand relevant information in nonverbal communication. This is the solid foundation of INSA, together with the commitment to continually base our method on continued research. With the INSA Method we help you to gain insight into your own nonverbal impact on others and to use this insight as effectively and efficiently as possible. We do this by conducting analyses, trainings and by giving practical advice. Together we support you (and your team) to make more impact.
